Community Guidelines

Tapverse is for everyone who loves playing and making games. These rules keep it fun and safe.

Publish only what you're allowed to

Your game must be yours, or you must have permission for everything in it. Don't upload other people's games, and don't use characters, music or art you don't have the rights to.

Not allowed in games, comments or profiles

Sexual content, content that sexualizes minors (reported to authorities), graphic or gratuitous violence, hate or harassment, promotion of self-harm, illegal activities, gambling with real money, scams, phishing, malware, or anything that tries to collect passwords, payment details or personal data from players.

Camera and microphone

Only ask for the camera or microphone when your game truly needs them, explain why honestly, and never record, store or send players' audio or video anywhere without making that clear to them.

Play fair

Don't fake plays, likes or followers, don't spam comments, and don't impersonate other creators or Tapverse.

What happens if rules are broken

We may hide games, remove comments, and suspend or close accounts. Report anything that breaks these rules with the report button in the game.
