Report infringement

If you believe a game or other content on Tapverse infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a notice with the form below or by email to our designated agent. Your notice must include: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work; the Tapverse link to the infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Sending a false notice may make you liable for damages. If you're not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer first.

Counter-notices
